About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Loan Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for  the worlds largest alterative credit lenders.   Citco’s total loan portfolio exceeds 100B, across a varitety of asset and loan types incuding publicly traded bank debt, priviate syndications, middle market transactions, and commecial real estate. We provide shadow and direct loan agency.

This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of loan agency adminstrative functions and documentation preparation.

Your Role:

• You will provide analysis of regulatory forms and transactions to review the requirements of withholding and reporting for payments Citco makes as paying and administrative agent to borrowers and participants, you will coordinate this for domestic and foreign entities and transactions
• Establish and own the process for 1099, 1098 reporting related to loan transactions
• Establish and maintain all relevant procedures related to the above
• You will contribute to development and enhancement of technological systems
• You will interface with other areas of firm
• You will participate in departmental and divisional initiatives
• You will provide U.S. tax analysis of transactions
• You will manage/supervise small staff and interns 
• You will assist in special projects as necessary

About You:

• You have 3-7 years’ experience in Financial Services
• You have Strong software skills
• You are comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros & pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand complex workbooks
• You have an intuitive feel and be a quick study for various software applications
• You have loan servicing and loan agency background and experience
• You have a BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• You have strong attention to detail
• You have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems and manage multiple tasks / projects
