As a core member of our Business Continuity Management team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical systems as well as continues business operations while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends and in compliance with regulatory bodies worldwide.  

Our team consists of well-rounded, personable staff who handle all sorts of requests related to Business Continuity Management.  We interface with all Citco businesses, locations, and teams, and therefore have a wealth of knowledge about the company, making us a very valuable asset.   

We have proven a solid BCM program during the COVID pandemic and have experienced an ever-increasing number of information requests since then from clients, potential clients, regulators, auditors, and vendors.  The Jr Project Manager provides support to the Global BCM team in overseeing the BCM program framework and annual deliverables. The role reports to the BCM Manager.  

Your Role:   

  • Responsible for project management activities related to selected BCM projects that range from one-time rollouts to recurring projects related to our yearly deliverables. This includes contributing to planning, execution, and post-implementation activities for projects within the BCM team
  • Maintaining and improving the BCM program reporting used for both internal and external purposes. Determining metrics, converting them to a presentable format using our BCM software, called Fusion, which operates on a SalesForce platform to create reports. 
  • Support activities relating to the company’s effort to gain a SOC2 certification.
  • The BCM program may look to undergo certification for ISO 22301 in the futureYou will be responsible for assisting with determining readiness and facilitation of the certification process when the program is ready. 
  • Responsible for the oversight of standard business continuity and disaster recovery compliance tasks.  This includes maintaining audit workload and calendar, responding to, reporting on and tracking internal and external audit requests and client audits/ due diligence requests. 
  • Responsible for reporting on key BCM Program risk and performance indicators
  • May attend and speak for the team during client meetings.

   

About You:  

  • College or university degree in Project Management or Business studies, Information Technology, Risk Management or related discipline
  • Relevant project coordinator/manager experience of 2-5 years, in a Business Continuity, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Compliance/Audit and or Risk management role.
  • Sound judgement, complex problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Able to analyze, consolidate and present information targeted to audience
  • Familiarity with ISO 22301 a plus.
  • Understanding of IT concepts and general technologies.
  • Experience using Fusion Risk Management BCP software (a plus).
  • Proficiency presenting in both virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to be self-directed when required; Self-starter.
  • Availability and willingness to work 3-4 Saturdays a year and travel occasionally for business.
