About the Supervisor Financial Applications Support Role

The Supervisor Financial Applications Support Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This includes, but not limited to, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance.
Please note this position is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.

 

Supervisor Financial Applications Support Job Duties in Brief:

  • Functional support of Oracle eBS R12 finance modules (AR, AP, PO, CE, iExp, GL, AGIS)
  • Involvement in system enhancements, working with Finance/Business users to gather requirements and translate into system solutions.
  • Management of responsible enhancements via partnering with internal developers or external partner where applicable, for delivery.
  • Creation/approval of Analysis specs AN.100 using Oracle Unified Method
  • Execution of System Integration Testing & Support for UAT
  • Bugs/Issues – Where things do not work as expected. Resolution via Service desk, Triaged by COE and escalated via EBS Support team, Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support
  • System maintenance activities: New operating units, updating reference information etc.
  • Support, maintenance and testing of integrations, interfaces and other related finance applications
  • Special Projects

 

About You:

  • 4+ Years hands on experience supporting Oracle EBS (12.1.3)
  • 6+ years working with Oracle EBS – End user experience/Support
  • Experience of ERP Cloud is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of the software release life cycle
  • Competent in reviewing and completing Oracle OUM documentation
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS, including but not limited to: Dataload, Config SnapShot, More4Apps, APRO
  • Familiarity with using incident and change management tools. Service desk, JIRA, My Oracle Support
  • Ability to both work well in a team and on individual projects
  • Results focused and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
