Overview

CFS has Financial and Regulatory reporting ‘centers of excellence’ in Malvern, Pennsylvania; Cork, Ireland and Manila, Philippians and India.

CFS Financial Statement Reporting assists investment advisers and managers in preparing annual, quarterly, and/or monthly unaudited financial statements for their funds in conformity with the accounting standards adopted by the fund (typically U.S. GAAP / IFRS).

CFS Regulatory Reporting assists investment advisers in preparing accurate, reliable and timely filings to meet certain regulatory reporting obligations. CFS currently offers services to clients around Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, Form SLT, Annex IV and MMIF.

The services are performed by licensed and certified accountants with significant public accounting experience in the asset management industry and financial and regulatory reporting specialists with pertinent industry experience.


 

Position Purpose

Provide administration assistance and support to the Financial & Regulatory Reporting team.

 

Main Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of client engagement letters with Senior Management
  • Complete data processing and data entry from excel files to various support systems
  • Utilize MS Word to create, edit and review documents for external distribution
  • Assist with department initiatives and general administration
  • Revise documents based on markup (word, adobe, track changes) from multiple sources
  • Proofread all completed documents to ensure accuracy including spelling, grammar, punctuation and format
  • Accurately convert Excel tables into Word Tables
  • Electronically sort and compile text and numerical data, retrieving, updating and merging documents as required. Search for specific sets of stored, typed characters in order to make changes
  • Work with technical material, preparing statistical reports, planning and typing statistical tables, and combining and re-arranging material from different sources
  • File and store completed documents and/or maintain a computer filing system to store, retrieve, update and delete documents
  • Assisting with Global Client Updates distributed weekly
  • Work towards deadlines and be accountable for completing work within specified time frames.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Financial & Regulatory Reporting team
  • Providing Administration Assistance and Ad-hoc requests from FSR Teams
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of work performed

 

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Detail orientated and possess excellent proofreading skills
  • Understanding of Financial Statement structure is a plus
