As a core member of our Head of Product team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Be part of the team that manages the private equity product at CFS.

As Private Equity Product Manager, you will support the Head of Product and the management team of the Private Equity line of business in creating a standardized approach to Citco Fund Services / The Citco Group of Companies’ global PE service offering. The role supports the business lines of growth as a subject matter expert to the sales and relationship management teams.

Your Role:

  • You will be part of an Agile development team working in Sprints to deliver new functionality.
  • You will write business requirements, QA test, lead Agile ceremonies, and conduct product demos.
  • You will develop and maintain product descriptions.
  • You will work with business and IT to prioritize product enhancements.
  • You will support the sales efforts/team through active prospect engagement.
  • You will work through partnership with the business, define, sponsor and steer investment initiatives.
  • You will influence and guide technology, project management and operations team in solution delivery.
  • You will maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors.
  • You will collaborate with the other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality.
  • You will work with horizon scanning for disruptive technology.
  • You will leverage core Citco expertise to deliver consistency for clients across PE, RE and Hedge.
  • You will create and maintain standard product offerings.
  • You will define and guide strategic changes to standard operating models.
  • You will interact with clients/prospects.
  • You will provide technical and industry knowledge to clients.
  • You will work alongside the Business Development team to play an active role in client pitches.
  • You will act as SME to help Citco enhance client relationships and attract new clients by participating and attending industry forum events.
  • You will collaborate with marketing teams to build CITCO’s brand and reputation in the marketplace.

 

About You:

  • You possess a strong working knowledge of PE style-distribution waterfall calculations, including American / Deal-by-Deal and European / Total Return waterfalls.
  • You must be able to deal with constant change and a fast evolving market. 
  • You must be able to have a vision of where the Product is going and lead people towards it. 
  • You must influence a broad range of stakeholders, from IT development teams to the C suite at our clients.
  • You have 4-8 years hands on private equity administration and/or back office experience.
  • You have skills in negotiation, influencing, mentoring, guiding.
  • You have familiarity with Investran.
  • You have a record of delivering business/technology reengineering initiatives in the Private Equity space.
  • You have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
  • You have project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You can demonstrate business and commercial acumen.
  • You focus on quality and risk management.
  • You have extensive experience in client relationship management and execution.
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to build networks.
  • You are able to navigate complexity.
