About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.


Your Role:

  • Assisting the Senior Corporate Officer on all legal and corporate matters for client companies in-house, from company incorporation through to dissolution - in particular, you will assist the team with closing transactions, the preparation of various documents, maintaining statutory records, the good keeping of the company client files - in accordance with agreed deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide.
  • Servicing periodic board meetings of client companies in-house. You will be involved in preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation; pursuing matters arising as appropriate.
  • Statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts and any statutory notifications.
  • File legal and other documents and maintain Citco’s electronic databases.
  • Involved in data input and maintenance of client databases.
  • Involved in liaising with the various stakeholders to ensure KYC is complete and maintained under the supervision of the senior officer.
  • Ad hoc assignments might be involved.


About You:

  • Graduate in business and/or corporate law.
  • 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration in a similar role.
  • Willing to further develop company law knowledge.
  • Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of your portfolio of clients.
  • Work effectively within a team, as well as, individually.
  • Client focused, service-minded and showing a dynamic attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – fluent level of English.
