As a core member of our Business Process Optimization team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

The Intelligent Automation Manager will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the Citco Group. The Manager will work with the Process Design team, Process Adoption team and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.

  • Clearly communicate, articulate, document & review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and wireframes
  • Confidently lead solution design sessions
  • Review & create documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states.
  • determine if the JIRA is part of a bigger / more Asks and if the JIRA items should be combined / merged
  • (where needed) Lead meetings, workshops & discussions with SMEs to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility of outcomes
  • Raise groomed Strategic items on Business Requirements sessions with for effort estimations
  • Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
  • Review product roadmap & backlog maintenance + grooming to ensure Business Requirements are managed timely & effectively.
  • Ensure each release / new functionality has UAT and Smoke test testers assigned and lined up
  • Communicate development objective, understand business needs and possible solution scenarios plus impact thereof as part of Business Requirement gathering
  • Lead or assist in creation of Training documentation / E-Learnings of new functionality / solutions
  • Lead in creation of Knowledge and Understanding of the workflow workings
  • Provide Product Support to the Business
  • Release Demos & feedback sessions with diverse audiences & interests
  • Work with stakeholders to rollout functionality / solutions to target teams/offices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, IT Development team, Business SMEs & Testers + cross-functional teams to improve the product, its data integrity and data reliance
  • Work with Development team to resolve Support issues & communicate status & progress to Stakeholders
  • Making the data we collect insightful and easy to understand, provide additional value to Senior Management to help them make informed decisions by creating visualizations of that data & utilizing BI and Operational Data Lake
  • Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.
  • Participate in Content & Analytics sessions
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement services and tools to support data validation and cleansing

 

About You:

  • Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
  • 5 years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture diverse audiences
  • Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
  • Ability to work independently and in virtual teams
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents.

  • Extensive experience with a Workflow tool – preferably Tibco
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
  • Practical application of driving efficiencies with Business Process Management
  • Expertise in Data Analytics
  • Expertise with complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau/Qlik/Power BI

 

Assets:

  • Experience with Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation, SmartStream TLM Recs Premium, BluePrism, SAP HANA or AWS
  • Financial product knowledge and knowledge of Fund Administration
  • Familiar with cloud technology
