About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

  • You will manage portfolio of approximately 500 companies including direct contact with clients.
  • Assist the Account Manager with the supervision of staff and delegation of work
  • Review and sign off on work done by secretary/legal assistant prior to signature by Account Manager
  • Attend Account Managers Meetings in the absence of the Account Manager and report to Account Manager on return
  • Have knowledge of procedures relevant to incorporation, amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association and the transfer of companies to and from other Registered Agents
  • Prepare powers of attorney, bank and other corporate resolutions, certificates of incumbency, and any such other documents as may be required from time to time
  • Monitor collection of KYC information
  • Monitor accounts receivables list and license fee deadlines

About You:

  • You have a Chartered Secretary or degree in Law, Business or similar qualification
  • You have at least three years’ experience in the financial services industry
  • You are computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Word mandatory
  • You have working knowledge of BVIBC Act, and Citco’s KYC policy
  • You have excellent communications skills
  • You have the ability to work by yourself and within a team without day to day oversight
  • You can provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders, both external and internal
  • You possess the ability to communicate at a high level, both written and verbally, with all levels
  • You have the ability to problem solve on a daily basis
