The Role:

The Head of HR Business Partners is the company's Senior HR Business Partner and member of the HR
management team. This role will work closely with the various business leadership teams by being a
consultant to the business to resolve issues and to drive improved business performance. By partnering
with the business to identify and communicate strategic goals we can ensure goal alignment throughout
the business.
Ultimately, the Head of HR Business Partners is charged with constantly evolving our relationship with
the Citco businesses. Accomplishing this through understanding each line of businesses objectives and
challenges and by creating an environment of partnership, feedback and innovation.
The HRBP team is approximately 30 staff located in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of strategic Citco HR initiatives through the engagement of key stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with the business lines to identify and communicate strategic goals and ensure goal alignment throughout the business.
  • Act as consultant to the business to resolve issues and to drive improved business performance
  • Provide trusted guidance to leaders and management teams regarding organizational design, employee engagement and talent management.
  • Be ever present in the leadership meetings, provide strategic coaching to our senior leaders on workforce planning, effective resourcing and staff engagement
  • Acts as an effective Change Agent to effectively align and influence stakeholders
  • Promote a client service, responsive & results-driven culture for the HRBP group
  • Set challenging, yet realistic performance expectations for your global team directly linked to Citco Business strategy
  • Build contacts in the industry, globally and attend, sponsor, moderate key events on behalf of Citco
  • Identify opportunities to transition low value, high volume work from the HRBP team to our shared services
