About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

  • You will work closely with the Global Head of Talent acquisition to drive strategic direction, best practices, corporate talent strategy initiatives and overall recruiting effectiveness for college/university and experienced level recruitment across Europe.
  • You will provide advice and counsel to managers and leaders within the region, influence people decisions and anticipate recruitment implications or regional initiatives. You will understands the key drivers of regional success; you have the insight to raise issues on how things get done within the region. You can translates governance and compliance trends and regulations to a workable solutions.
  • You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for senior, mid & entry level hires and will provide essential supervision to direct reports via career development coaching and guidance. You will conduct performance review discussions and handle issues escalated by staff.
  • You will increase branding awareness, reducing recruiting cost, increasing positive candidate experience and quality of hires and providing focus on diversity recruiting efforts.
  • You will provide thought leadership in terms of new avenues to consider sourcing graduate and diverse Talent Reviews current programs, potential core schools, job fairs and suppliers sources / events and makes recommendations to drive and ensure business value.
  • You will develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. 
  • You will develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team of recruiters to assist with talent development.
  • You will provide central administration and project management for College Recruitment efforts & assist with project planning and execution of campus recruiting initiatives.
  • You will reinforce and ensure team adheres to recruiting compliance guidelines processes and practices.
  • You will be part of global HR projects or would work on ad hoc tasks.

 

 

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field or equivalent degree or certification.
  • You have 10 - 12 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting and aspects of HR.
  • You have 2 - 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • You can establish and maintain productive partnerships with stakeholders by gaining their trust and respect.
  • You can identify hiring needs and match them to appropriate solutions.
  • You can monitor ongoing developments inside and outside the business’ environment to keep informed and anticipate problems.
  • You can keep business informed of progress or setbacks in hiring projects and meet time line for delivery of project/ hiring to business.
  • You can show determination to achieve goals over time; resist any pressure to be deflected from this attainment.
  • You are prepared to challenge others and address the feedback on performance where this is impacting on effective service delivery.
  • You take calculated risks, based on learning and experience, to achieve longer-term service improvements.
  • You can educate business on the recruitment process.
