As a core member of our Governance IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Project Manager/Scrum Master in the Loan Servicing department. This position is for an experienced candidate to coordinate project delivery and oversight across a variety of program streams. The ideal candidate will need to be able to slide into traditional waterfall projects as well as agile projects. This position will report to the Executive Vice President of IT Program Management.

Your Role:

  • Business process re-engineering implementation -- Oversee and ensure delivery of various projects and initiatives focused on introducing/improving process workflow and introducing efficiencies spanning both technical and business process components.
  • Oversee new loan servicing/loan accounting system implementation, including scoping and design with vendors, custom vendor development, and implementation. Includes application integration and migration planning.
  • Manage vendor engagements, including coordination of internal/external delivery and stakeholder teams. Involves managing engagement scope, schedule, and cost in near real time.
  • Understanding the organization and building relationships across departments in order to get things done. Liaise with various Citco product teams.
  • Coordinate client requests into high level requirements (work with product team/partial BA responsibilities)
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting into Citco’s Project Governance framework

About You:

  • You have 7-10 years of Financial Services Project Management involving complex, multi-year, multi-location projects. Experience with loan servicing/loan accounting software would be ideal.
  • Previous involvement and/or oversight of process re-engineering projects is highly desired.
  • Experience with SDLC, Waterfall, and AGILE methods of development
  • A proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, project planning, status reporting (including at the senior management level), risk management, and overall project execution
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • PMP, CSM, and Six Sigma Black Belt credentials are preferred
  • Experience in RPA/AI is a plus
