About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

As a member of the Global Leadership Development team, you will focus on bringing development solutions to Citco and will be reporting to the EVP Leadership Development.

You will be partnering with internal business stakeholders and HRBPs to drive the growth of leaders and performance of employees through programs, team interventions, coaching and training. Continuously assessing the needs of the organization, you will participate in the design of best practice in-house programmes and manage the development and delivery lifecycle through to supporting transfer of learning and evaluation. 

Additional to that, you are expected to promote a learning culture throughout the Citco organization and apply a best practice and continuous improvement approach to learning and development as well as focus on key priorities and achievement of service level targets.

This is a permanent position in our Leadership Development team. 

Your Role:

  • You will consult with strategic leaders and HRBPs to identify learning needs/gaps.
  • Partner with team members to ensure the successful launch/engagement of the various LD products
  • Proactively apply best practices to learning design, development and delivery to achieve excellence in output (Ecosystem & Culture)
  • Execute learning needs analysis, design and development in line with agreed best-practice standards
  • Facilitate leadership learning programs and consult with vendors to create solutions to support business requirements
  • Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance
  • Continually evolve blended learning content and maximize the use of online tools, innovating and experimenting to create digital learning that is engaging, fun and supports learner needs
  • Evaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results
  • Drive a culture of coaching, empowering leaders to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams

About You:

  • You have a degree in Learning & Development, HR, Finance or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in facilitating learning programs with senior stakeholders
  • A good understanding of coaching, professional development and stakeholder management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and influencing skills
  • Working in a global team, you should be a self-starter and comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate on projects with team members in other locations.
