About the Team & Business Line:

Technical Operations is a global IT group incorporating both internal and business-facing operational support, from internal desktop management through to strategic client integration on Citco’s core software platforms. The service delivered by the Technical Operations group is aligned to both strategic customer demands in a given region and the operational considerations for that time zone, in a follow-the-sun Shared Services Center model.

Our IT PMO focuses primarily on enterprise wide infrastructure related projects.  As a core member of our IT Project Management team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

• Leading an IT PMO supporting infrastructure projects that will include a wide cross section of IT resources such as Security, Operations, Development, Engineering, Administration, and IT Service groups
• Handling project related escalations as necessary from junior PM’s and “step in”, where appropriate
• Interfacing with both peer and senior management teams across the IT organization
• Developing project budget, planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for all projects
• Utilizing your strong coaching and mentorship skills in order to build a collaborative, productive, and engaged team environment across multiple time zones
• Anticipating and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking and other duties on behalf of the team
• Managing expectations of senior management and stakeholders, chair or facilitate steering committees, and provide weekly and/or monthly status reports
• Identifying/managing/mitigating risks and/or cross-project dependencies
• Helping break down organizational silos and promote collaborations

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent
• Hold a recognized Project Management certification
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with leading an IT Project team, preferably in a multi-national business model
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in using Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the following competencies as they relate to information, technology: internal audit, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, business analysis, problem solving, continual improvement, and service management
• Strong proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills including oral and written English
• Effective planning and organizational experience to set priorities and coordinate projects to meet deadlines within a fast pace environment
• Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco global locations

Salary Range

4200 – 5650 Euro gross monthly
