About the Team & Business Line:

Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) business line assists our clients with their governance needs globally for corporate entity portfolios that run from several dozens to several hundreds of entities in over 160 countries. Services are provided by central teams with support, client relationship management and business development being delivered from Citco offices around the world.

Working with our team, you will work with multinational clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

  • Reporting into an Account Manager based in our global office in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will act independently and assist senior colleagues in the provision of corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence.
  • You will prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
  • You will perform and/ or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
  • You will coordinate with clients, business partners and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
  • You will ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates shared.
  • You will maintain data and ensure proper reporting.


About You:

  • Licensed Paralegal issued by the Law Society of Ontario and/or Bachelor's Degree in Law. 
  • You have 2+ years of experience in corporate law legal field. 1+ years of experience in provision corporate services to international clients is preferred.
  • You have experience working with large multi-national clients.
  • You have working experience in client servicing and project management (international exposure is an asset).
  • You have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • You are a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently and understand when to escalate.
  • You have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • You have a sense of urgency.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You have an ability to work with documents in French (highly desirable). Spoken fluency would be an advantage.
