About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

The primary objective of this role is to be part of a growing team who support the business in driving improved performance by delivering a world class and cost effective compensation programs. As part of the CITCO’s Reward & Retention team, this is a global consultancy role, with responsibility for designing, coordinating and communicating the implementation of best in class compensation practices across our offices.

You will report to the Rewards Manager, SVP, and will support the development, implementation, communication and administration of compensation programs including base and variable programs, as well as policies and procedures. You will lead compensation projects as assigned, and will act as an internal consultant to leadership and HR Business Partners on compensation related matters.

 

Your Role:

  • You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering strong reward support to the Business and Internal HR Stakeholders.
  • You will influence and educate key stakeholders on reward related matters.
  • You will meet with key stakeholders to present programs, answer questions, and gain approval of compensation programs.
  • You will counsel HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team members, and others within the HR department on many aspects of the company’s compensation philosophy, market pricing, salary structures, and other aspects of compensation to ensure that Citco is able to effectively recruit and retain top-tier talent.
  • You will support the overall planning and execution of the annual merit and bonus global compensation cycle.
  • You will provide analytical support in complex aspects in the development of merit/bonus budgets, salary structure design and modification, and reporting.
  • You will guide the team in completing the salary surveys and review results to provide market aligned recommendations; including the creation and maintenance of salary ranges globally.
  • You will prepare complex cost impact models of compensation initiatives.
  • You will develop, analyze, and make recommendations for compensation programs in support of specific business units within the Company to ensure they are competitive within the market, position and industry.

 

About You:

  • You have excellent communication skills and expertise in building strong and effective relationships within HR and the business; with an ability to influence and educate on reward related matters.
  • You have business and commercial acumen to analyze organizational issues and provide data driven solutions, aligned to business strategy and compensation philosophy.
  • You have exceptional analysis and strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • You can take complex concepts and convey them to all levels of the business using language that is clear and precise.
  • You demonstrate ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions and present conclusions regarding business issues.
  • You are able to work independently with a drive for results.
  • You can develop concise and impactful presentation materials to illustrate and communicate related information.
  • You have strong people management skills.
  • You are expert in MS Excel.
