As a core member of our Middle Office Solutions (Collateral Management) team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

 

Your Role:

  • Expertise knowledge on entire Collateral Operations in IB/Hedge Fund space, well versed, in collateral margining, and with ISDA, GMRA, CSA and the regulations surrounding the Collateral Management scope
  • Serve as a Technical Operational Expert for queries from the Clients/team members etc.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, UMR phases and other regulatory requirements in Derivatives space
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal so as to build and maintain robust control environment
  • Dispute management: investigate dispute drivers & resolve high value/aged disputes
  • Coordinate month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties
  • Knowledge of collateral transfer payments via SWIFT
  • Identifying operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately
  • Work closely with colleagues at onshore location to address operational issues
  • To be on top of the day to day processes and deliverables. Interfacing with the different departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of all activities on a daily basis
  • Monitor volume inflow and ensure sufficient resource and workflow allocation in a justifiable manner
  • Identify & implement opportunities for process improvement initiatives within the team. Drive or initiate projects which can add value to the process, people & business
  • Ensure team morale and motivation in high through team building and regular interaction
  • Single point of contact for teams under scope in Pune collateral team. Serve as an internal/external escalation point for the process
  • Responsible for conducting daily/weekly staff meetings
  • Client Service and Quality (quality, relationship building and client satisfaction)
  • Produce regular MIS reports for Clients, Relationship Managers and Senior Management
  • Assist in hiring people and would be responsible for conducting meetings with the team as well and document one to one on a monthly basis.

 

About You:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Business management/Commerce. MBA would be added advantage
  • Overall 8 - 10 years of operational experience out of which minimum 4+ years as people manager
  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, customer service commitment, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong exposure to migration methodology, process documentation, project management, managing stakeholders
  • Anticipates needs, execution, planning, process specialist, quality seeker and time management
  • Ability to identify and develop strong working relationship with internal partners as well as external Clients groups
  • Should be able to manage attrition as per company standards
  • Coaching and feedback ability
  • Experience in portfolio reconciliations, and with applications, TriOptima/TriResolve & Acadia, is an added advantage
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
