About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

  • Partner with hiring managers to establish specific recruitment plans for open positions. Consult them on the justification cost of adding/replacing positions. will anticipate personnel needs in advance of their occurrence by being a trusted partner
  • Providing exceptional Candidate Experience is one of the main goals, maintain consistent engagement and relationship with candidates
  • Work collaboratively with internal clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs. 
  • Proactively use social media to enhance our sourcing channels and promote the Citco employer brand.
  • Talent map competitor organizations to identify key potential hires.
  • Actively network within the industry/competition in order to benchmark practices and identify key areas of differentiation. Contribute to the delivery of the new global talent acquisition strategy
  • Assess the competency of candidates against role specifications and organizational competencies, using relevant psychometrics where appropriate.
  • Provide thought leadership in terms of new avenues to consider sourcing graduate and diverse Talent Reviews current programs, potential core schools, job fairs and suppliers sources / events and makes recommendations to drive and ensure business value
  • Assist hiring managers with specifics of offers i.e. Compensation package, team parity, competition and specific market practices for the role
  • Source & screen/interview both internal and external applicants, making recommendations to hiring managers. Will handle increasingly more complex recruitment activity, approach sourcing process creatively using innovative techniques
  • Manage applicant flow from beginning of process (open requisition) to end (hire chosen applicant and reject/pipeline all other) proactive communication with hiring managers, candidates, applicants through the process
  • Developing Social Media Branding Strategies
  1. Analyse current market demands & trends in relation to existing social media (SocMed) platforms that the function is allowed to use.
  2. Assist in the creation of market relevant Social Media content which might include but not limited to;
    1. Curating content that is to publish on the available platforms.
    2. Developing a holistic branding and persona building strategy for Citco on all the relevant SocMed platforms.



About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree or certification
  • 6- 10 years of related experience with demonstrated  knowledge of recruiting and  aspects of HR
  • Conversant in speaking Mandarin
