About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

• You will work with the Business Development support team, a dedicated group that manages the generation of competent proposal and due diligence documents for prospects
• You will act as a project manager for requests for proposals, which would include organizing and facilitating kick-off calls, and mapping resource requirements and timelines to complete the submission
• You will summarize the specific requirement of each inquiry using a quality audit form
• You will create drafts on templates where information is available
• You will coordinate efforts with other BD parties involved (i.e. pricing team, contracting team, etc.) to gather inputs within the expected time frame
• You will coordinate with other non-BD internal resources to gather technical information, and work or re-write these submissions to fit corporate style requirements.  Where possible, You will propose options to visually communicate complex ideas
• You will ensure that all submissions follow corporate marketing standards and have the substance required by the prospect

About You:

• You have at least 5 years of experience working with a similarly structured function, or similar experience in drafting/writing materials for sales prospects
• You are experienced in dealing with procurement departments, having dealt intensively with, or having worked for such a department is a strong asset
• You have experience/affinity with legal services, or broader professional services industry which is an advantage
• You have demonstrated skills in translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand models and visuals
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher)
• You have excellent level of English communication skills on both written and verbal
• You have a Degree in either Marketing, Communications or Journalism.  Additional educational background or working experience related to law and legal services is advantageous
• You are an analytical thinker with a commercial acumen
• You have strong project management skills
• You have the ability to provide feedback during the writing and editing process
• You are deadline-driven and adhere to timely submission
