As a core member of our Product Support team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

The Support Analyst will provide front line support in addressing the application incident queue. The person in this role will perform troubleshooting of application and server processes, with some data analytics, and communicate with users. The Support Analyst will also ensure our applications are ready for business especially after maintenance work such as patching or software releases.

This is a demanding role within a fast-paced business unit requiring customer facing skills, attention to detail, ability to quickly learn hedge fund operations and fund accounting and the ability to work in a team environment. 

About You:

  • have strong oral and written communication skills, especially with other team members including managers, peers and business stakeholders
  • be an effective team contributor with a passion for growth, new technologies and automation
  • be commited to ongoing technical development and/or certification
  • demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others
  • troubleshoot and isolate application issues effectively and efficiently
  • monitor the incident and request queue and resolve as per set procedures
  • identify urgency and proper prioritization of concurrent tasks or issues
  • have experience with System/Application Administration and Support including:
    • Unix/Windows Servers navigation and scripting
    • Windows Desktop/User session navigation
    • Oracle/SQL/Postgres DB familiarity and query building
    • AWS navigation and troubleshooting
    • Working knowledge of Java or #NET
