As a core member of our Desktop Management team in Infrastructure Support group, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

  • You will build and maintain Windows 10 & 11 images
  • Inject and update boot images, troubleshoot any issues during Windows 10 imaging process
  • Provide L3 support for Windows client OS and Office suite
  • Package and deploy software via systems management applications: MS MEM/Intune, CA ITCM, HP Device Manager
  • Manage DHCP scopes in Windows servers
  • Administer end user software approval process, collaborate with enterprise architecting and IT security teams
  • Monitor Service Desk queues and comply with quality guidelines when managing incidents.
  • Respond and comply with escalation policies and procedures
  • Provide 8x5 operational support. Promptly respond to telephone call, voice-mail and emails.
  • Participate in weekend on-call schedule
  • Resolve and document system errors and performance issues
  • Perform root cause analysis of critical errors and outages

About You:

  • You are 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows 10 & 11 installations, managing and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft End Point Manager/Intune, Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
  • Experience with software packaging for massive scale deployments with automated software distribution tools on Microsoft Windows systems
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with customers to find optimal solutions
  • Experience in any of the following, or similar, is a plus:
    • HP Device Manager
    • CA ITCM
    • Microsoft SCCM
    • DHCP management
    • Azure
    • Basic Linux knowledge
  • You are self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to details and the ability to think laterally for problem solving
  • You able to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a project team
  • Must be amenable to night shift schedule (Manila time)
