About the Team & Business Line:

Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
The Senior Trust Officer Accounting ensures that the accounting team operates effectively and efficiently, that client relationships are developed and maintained and that the team provides exceptional customer service.
- You will perform the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of companies, partnerships and private foundations
- Liaising with clients and other relevant parties
- Handling day to day requests in relation to the accounting portfolio, including straightforward legal- and corporate matters, transaction monitoring and compliance
- Reviewing / preparing annual and interim financial statements and associated reports;
- Reviewing payments and other transactions
- Meeting expectations of clients, adhering to relevant deadlines;
- Maintaining relationships with investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other relevant participants when required
- Assisting auditors and other relevant parties
- Meeting or exceeding internal and external quality standards for exceptional customer service, while adhering to deadlines
- Assisting the MD with the supervision of accounting matters of the entire portfolio of client companies, trusts, partnerships and foundations
- Any other duties, which the organization may require as part of the business of Citco Uruguay
About You:
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/Accounting/ Finance or Economics with a vision on legal background, relevant experience with an audit firm, in an accounting position with an international organization or corporate service provider; exposure to tax driven structures is a definite advantage
- 2-4 years’ experience in the offshore industry or an accounting organization/firm
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Foreign language fluency (English)
- Pro-active attitude and willingness to put forth suggestions for constructive improvement in provision of service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
- Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate
- Ability to coordinate and supervise small accounting team ensuring effectively and efficiently performance
