About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

  • You will carry out the Americas sales strategy for the Multinational Corporates & Financial Institutions and Private Wealth & Family Offices business lines in order to realize profitable organic growth through sale of services/products to prospective clients;
  • Build and maintain a relevant external network of business partners and feeders to support the Americas sales strategy for the Multinational Corporates & Financial Institutions and Private Wealth & Family Offices business lines.
  • You will Carry out the Americas sales strategy for the Multinational Corporates & Financial Institutions and Private Wealth & Family Offices business lines to ensure growth both short and long -term;
  • Collaborate with Regional Heads, local MD’s, Heads LoB and Product Development team to establish and execute sales targets for the region;
  • Report on annual sales results;
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly regional sales targets;
  • Manage the regional sales pipeline to guarantee achieving set annual sales target and regional growth;
  • Expand regional client base, maintain personal networks;
  • Identify and approach prospective clients in order to establish new relationships
  • Develop new distribution channels (business partners, feeders etc) in consultation with Heads of Business Lines and local MD’s;
  • Track, analyze and translate regional trends and developments to true opportunities in close co-operation with the Heads of Business Lines and local MD’s;
  • You will Inform on regional peer activities, services, promotional matter, sales technique, pricing and marketing;
  • Develop, present and sell value proposition;
  • Gather and format data and submit responses to RFI’s / RFP’s in close co-operation with local MD’s and Heads of Lines of Business;
  • Identify new service/product needs and service/product changes and provide recommendation to Product Development team;
  • Counsel, train and guide sales team and local MD’s and their personnel to drive and assist with set regional sales targets

 

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Sales, Business administration or Commercial Law;
  • 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in a senior sales role within the financial services industry. Preferably within Financial Institutions or Corporate Services industry;
  • Preferably international working experience and extensive network in various Americas markets;
  • Able to lead and motivate a high performance sales team;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Creative problem solving skills;
  • Client-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills;
  • Results driven;
  • Able to explain complex information clearly and simply;
  • Teamwork; energetic and enthusiastic;
  • Able to travel extensively within the region on regular basis.
