 About the Team & Business Line: 

The Investor Services Product Group consists of a team of people primarily coming from business operations to further enhance the service offering to our clients. The team members are specialized in the various applications that are used throughout the Citco Fund Services Division, like AExeo Investor, the investor record keeping system, the client portal CitcoOne and ECM, the centralized document management system.

The Investor Services Product Group provides business services to the CFS operations globally, in relation to the usage and further development of the various application in line with the product development strategy. Each of the platforms is continuously subject to further development as a result of an ongoing changing and evolving business environment.

The Investor Services Product Group has a team of specialists (Subject Matter Experts – SME) who are constantly working with business operations and the report development teams to develop new or enhance existing reports and/or data extracts, which can be driven by specific clients, business operations or required for regulatory purposes.

The subject matter expert develops/designs the queries and/or reports based on the specifications of the reports as determined by the business operations. The subject matter expert performs smoke and UAT testing of the reports after which it is verified through Business acceptance testing.

 Your Role: 

As a Reporting Product Specialist, you will be joining the Investor Services Product Team as a Business Analyst.

Working primarily on the reporting module of the core in-house developed AExeo Investor application (AXI), translating report requests from global business users into specifications for our report developers to build. You test what report developer delivered, document the solution and explaining the solution back to the business teams before a successful deployment into production.

Job Description: 

• As a business analyst you would be Supporting global business teams requests for new reports/enhancements to current reporting/ad hoc extracts
• Analysis of the business reporting requirements
• Work closely with the Investor Reporting development team
• Execute test cases as part of the initial smoke and UAT test cycles
• Analyze any defects and circle back with report developers
• Ensure the report/extract meets the requirements and standards
• Ad-Hoc Data Analysis for business reporting requests which are not available as user runnable reports within the AXI application
• Maintain workflows using JIRA
• Maintain reporting documentation/specifications on confluence

  Role Requirements

• Knowledge and at least 3 years’ experience of working in the Financial Services Industry
• Professional experience analyzing, designing, troubleshooting, identify  technical problems associated with reporting tools and templates
• Good communication and writing skills.
