Premier Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-boarding of Cision customers – providing needs analysis, configuration, training, and support during the implementation phases.
  • Responsible for turning every user into a power user.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business objectives.
  • Act as an internal advocate for your accounts.
  • Communicate regularly with your customers to elevate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs or growth opportunities.
  • Stay current on product best practices, upcoming releases, and other features that could be aligned to help your customers meet their goals.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and deliver product training.
  • Champion and advocate for customer requirements within Cision.
  • Lead the service delivery experience for your customers providing a single point of ownership and accountability for your assigned client accounts.
  • Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction with key customer stakeholders by driving value in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume account management, service delivery or client services role.
  • Skills in problem analysis, documentation and resolving end user problems.
  • Proven ability to manage a dynamic schedule effectively responding to workload and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • You seek out and embrace feedback, take on tough assignments to improve skills, keep product knowledge up-to-date, and turn mistakes into learning opportunities.
  • Willing to make a personal commitment to deliver phenomenal customer service.
  • Must possess exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
  • Strong work ethic
