We are hiring a Product Engineer who will be responsible for driving yield optimizations, cost reductions, and quality improvements. This is your opportunity to work with internal engineering teams and external product test suppliers to resolve sophisticated problems as well as identify and implement efficient process improvements!


  • Drive yield & test time improvement / optimization
  • Handle NPI ramp to production plan & execution
  • Work with Quality team on product reliability qualifications
  • Own statistical data analysis & reporting to external customers
  • Provide product support on customer returns
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams such as Quality and Reliability, to implement solutions to sophisticated problems

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 3+ years of directly related experience
  • Possess a strong base in statistics applicable to high volume data analysis and experience with JMP, Spotfire or similar statistical analysis programs
  • Knowledge of ESD, Latchup, HTOL, ELFR, HAST and Failure Analysis
  • Good understanding of Analog (ADC/DAC/AMP) and Digital testing
  • Knowledge in DPM reduction through statistical analysis and test coverage reviews
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic (VBT), or JSL
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to make good decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience with NVM qualifications, NVM testing and NVM failure mechanisms. Knowledge of NVM bit cell operation and NVM fab process.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Teradyne IG-XL tester platform
  • Experience with qualification of 55nm and smaller process nodes
  • Experience with databases, preferably SQL
