Responsible for architecture design, technology selection and advanced support for our global conference room audio visual, unified communication and hybrid-work solutions.
Implement, configure, and program audio visual, unified communication and collaboration solutions. Re-program and debug software solutions for these technologies to deliver enhancements for ongoing business needs.
Provide technical and/or analytic support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving urgent issues and complex technical challenges for collaboration and communication solutions.
Research the latest technology and trends for collaboration and communication technology. Evaluate new products and deliver them to select users for pilots and testing. Provide innovative and creative problem solving to deliver best in class solutions for Cirrus Logic.
Create documentation for deployed solutions as reference material used for troubleshooting guides by UC Specialists and Help Desk. Provide usage guides and documentation for posting in rooms and online to assist users with common issues and questions.
Lead and manage large implementation projects including the supervision of contractors and vendors when installation services are outsourced. Use best practice project management methods for successful project delivery.
Collaborate with other UC engineers, specialists, and other IT teams to ensure solutions are engineered in a way that conforms with Cirrus Logic technology, security and usability standards.
Design, configure and support collaboration and conferencing solutions for critical company meetings such as company & division all hands, Board of Directors meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Ensure live events such as conferences and social events are supported by providing audio engineering and support or selecting and supervision of third party contractors.
