Compensation Analyst DL-5942

You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of global compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring consistency with Cirrus Logic’s compensation philosophy and alignment with overall strategic objectives. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will provide analytical support to HR team members and business leaders across the organization to ensure that our pay programs attract and retain top talent, reinforce our values and drive a high-performance culture.


  • Provide compensation analysis, benchmarking, data modeling, reporting, and problem-solving in support of the company’s overall corporate compensation program
  • Apply advanced knowledge of compensation strategy to address complex problems and develop solutions
  • Participate in compensation surveys, perform survey job matching, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research as needed
  • Research and analyze global market data, salary surveys, and compensation trends to drive creative programs
  • Actively conduct complicated data analysis, interpret results, present findings and recommend changes as needed
  • Perform regular audits of the HRIS data to verify accuracy and ensure consistent global application of title and pay structures
  • Support administration of the merit, stock and incentive planning processes, including system testing and audit reviews of employee data
  • Create internal process documentation and recommend improvements to existing process and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in and 5+ years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role supporting a global workforce
  • Quantitative analysis skills and working knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Understanding of compensation discrimination legislation including Equal Pay Act, Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act and The Equality Act 2010 (UK Gender Pay Gap regulations)
  • Deep understanding of the Fair Labor Standards Act and ability to provide guidance to internal customers regarding pay classification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to interpret complex data and draw conclusions from it
  • Experience supporting compensation initiatives in a global organization, with knowledge of international pay practices and legislation

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using Radford salary surveys
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

This position is located in Austin, TX

This is a hybrid on-site position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
