ESG Associate - Supply Chain LS-5854

Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Austin, Texas

We are seeking an ESG/Supply Chain Associate to work out of our corporate headquarters and serve as a key member of our Quality team. You will work closely with internal and external partners to help drive our corporate ESG efforts as they relate to our supply chain. You will help create and execute on programs that will support the ESG team as they engage with a Responsible Supply Chain.


  • Work closely with the Responsible Business Alliance and leverage our position as a member
  • Create and implement Supplier Code of Conduct audit system and reporting
  • Support ESG requirements from our customer base and implement systems and updates
  • Support development, creation, and promotion of annual ESG report
  • Data analysis and verification
  • Prepare materials for presentations and website
  • Engage with and contribute to ESG related activities with employees
  • Research and implement policies, projects and programs related to corporate ESG programs
  • Identify, develop, and track metrics related to our ESG performance
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within the business to measure and communicate progress towards ESG targets
  • Develop and manage process for efficient collection of relevant ESG data and content
  • Monitor and benchmark standard methodologies, reporting trends, and changes to reporting standards to provide insights and recommendations to advance external reporting practices
  • Support departmental purchasing activities by creating purchase requisitions and payment requests
  • Participate in ESG-related projects (i.e., ISO14001 certification)
  • Continually gather feedback from key customers (internal and external) related to the sustainability strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of ESG or CSR experience
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines and complete multiple priorities with minimal direction
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Supply Chain
  • Prior experience with Workiva and SAP

This position is located in Austin, TX

This is a hybrid remote position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
