We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a keen eye for creativity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  
  
What You Will Do + Role Responsibilities:  
  
Assist with paid media campaigns:  
   - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and other relevant channels.  
  
Manage creative calendar and coordinate creative assets:  
   - Take charge of the creative calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of creative assets for all campaigns.  
  
Drive and influence creative asset and ad strategy:  
   - Play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.  
  
Manage promotional calendar:  
   - Oversee the promotional calendar, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of promotions.  
  
Report on campaign and creative performance:  
   - Analyze and present comprehensive reports on the performance of paid media campaigns and creative assets, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.  
  
Assist with product catalogs and feeds:  
   - Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize product catalogs and feeds for maximum impact in paid media campaigns.  
  
Coordinate audience targeting, customer lists:  
   - Work closely with the marketing team to define and implement audience targeting strategies, utilizing customer lists and other segmentation tactics.  
  
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal creative teams:  
   - Liaise with external partners and internal creative teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of campaigns.  
  
Assist in test planning (landing pages, ad copy, etc.):  
   - Contribute to the planning and execution of A/B tests for various elements, including landing pages and ad copy, to optimize campaign performance.  
  
Preferred Qualifications:  
- 4+ years recent & direct experience managing paid social campaigns  
- Proven experience in successfully managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.  
- 2+ years DTC E-commerce and Google Analytics experience:  
 - Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce models and hands-on experience with Google Analytics.  
- Prior project management of creative strategy, processes:  
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.  
- Proven track record of growing paid media traffic:  
  - Evidence of driving measurable growth in paid media traffic and achieving key performance indicators. (KPI’s)  
  
**This position is remote within the US. With preference for Central or Eastern Time. **  

Basic Qualifications:  
-Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent (4-year work experience in a social media content marketing role, or mix of education and experience may be substituted)
