JOB TITLE:                             SOCIAL MEDIA/ONLINE REPUTATION COORDINATOR                 

STATUS:                                   FULL TIME

REPORTS TO:                          DIRECTOR



As a Social Media/Online Reputation Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing original content in order to promote our brand to potential customers. Ultimately, you should be able to increase customer engagement and brand awareness while utilizing current marketing strategies.


  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the company service standards
  • Ability to communicate with guests in a professional manner
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report current online reviews and feedback from customers and fans i.e. TripAdvisor, Yelp
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of our company’s social media strategy
  • Manage specific social media/online reputation platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trending topics, and current apps
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social platforms
  • Creating engaging text, image, and video content to share daily
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics


  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • Understand and comply with all company, department, and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Must have 6 months of proven work experience related to social media
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team members
  • Degree or certification in communications, journalism, marketing, or other related fields
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Must be grammatically proficient with a strong skill in creative writing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Apple iPhone, and editing applications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain all required work cards




  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second-hand smoke
  • Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned areas as well as constant contact with fellow team members and guests.
