Oversee clinical case management services under the Navy’s SAIL (Suicide Prevention) program, ensuring quality and compliance across assigned case managers.

Job Overview:

As the Contract SAIL Case Manager Supervisor, you will provide supervisory oversight of SAIL case managers delivering suicide-risk assessment, safety planning, and ongoing support to Sailors. This Tier III licensed clinician role ensures adherence to Navy clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision, oversight, and clinical guidance to SAIL Case Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with SECNAVINST 1754.8 standards and SAIL program protocols.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of clinical documentation and case management activities.
  • Support case managers with high-risk or complex cases as needed.
  • Coordinate with Navy leadership to evaluate program performance and address service gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage/family therapy, or doctoral degree in psychology.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist).
  • Experience: 4+ years of post-graduate clinical experience, including 2+ years post-licensure.
  • Other: U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising clinical case managers or behavioral health staff.
  • Knowledge of suicide prevention programs and military behavioral health systems.

Compensation:

$80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Positions are contingent and will begin upon contract award.
