Job Overview:
As the Contract Work and Family Life (WFL) Programs Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of a wide portfolio of non-clinical WFL programs. This role emphasizes leadership, staff supervision, and program compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate WFL Consultants delivering family support services.
- Ensure delivery of information/referral, consultation, and training services across WFL program areas.
- Oversee compliance with Navy standards, contract deliverables, and program outcomes.
- Provide reports, analysis, and recommendations to Navy leadership on program operations.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and family readiness services as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field; OR equivalent experience.
- Licensure: Not required.
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience managing, coordinating, or supervising social services/educational programs.
- Other: U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising staff in a government contract environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
Positions are contingent and will begin upon contract award.
