Role Summary:

Our Halifax is currently recruiting a Branch Administrator to join the team on to support all aspects of administration for the Atlantic branches (Halifax, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick).


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support as needed for all departments
  • Data entry as required including for company reports and within company systems
  • Assist the Coordinators, Sales Reps, and Sales Support Specialists
  • Track invoices, and invoice disputes
  • Order supplies and service parts
  • Shipping and receiving of items
  • Processing and tracking of returned merchandise
  • Tracking Inspections for fire and security systems scheduled for clients
  • Check/respond to email inquiries
  • Follow company's Environmental Health and Safety policy. (EH&S)
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Overtime may be required



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Bilingual French and English would be an asset
