Role Summary:

Our Chubb Mississauga team requires a National Operations Support Administrator to provide support to the National Operations Center. In this role, you will provide unrivaled, outstanding support to all internal and external customers, delivered through timely responses, courteous customer call handling, and professionally written correspondence.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Following company policies and procedures, accurately administrate/process (data entry) contracts, orders, cancellations, and billings.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing required results to meet department and company goals.
  • Work with internal/external customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist Management and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Work flexibly around normal office hours to achieve the results required.


  • Essential to have strong Computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or related course of study will be valued.
  • 1-3 years of customer service/administration experience, preferably within a business-to-business environment.
  • Bilingual English/French mandatory (Spoken and written)
