Role Summary:

Chubb is currently recruiting a National Customer Field Service (NCFS) Associate based out of our Mississauga branch. The role is accountable for productivity and customer satisfaction by answering service requests from customers via calls and/or emails in order to complete work orders. Resolution may be completed by the team member’s own trouble-shooting or by dispatching a technician (then following up on the work order) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer and technician's  calls in a timely manner
  • Basic system trouble-shooting in-order to resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction
  • Create work orders (and request purchase order numbers) as required.
  • Discuss/review billable charges to customers as applicable.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls.
  • Organize annual inspections and meet monthly targets of completion
  • Track the completion of service requests and ensure appropriate backlog management
  • Use of customer portals as required to report activities
  • Morning or afternoon staggered shift  


  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skillset required (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingually fluent in English and French (written and spoken) will be valued
