Role Summary:

Our Edmonton Branch is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of the Fire department.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Debrief/close fire alarm inspections.
  • Scheduling of Installs, Preventative Maintenance Agreements, Deficiencies, & Service calls
  • Manage scheduling within a company program.
  • Schedule technicians
  • Coordinate with multiple parties, such as subcontractors
  • Issue purchase order numbers
  • Must be able to work independently. 
  • Manage all in-coming service calls and emails from internal & external customers. 
  • Liaise with Sales personnel.
  • Review fire alarm reports and ensure customer receive reports on a timely basis.
  • Adhere to the policies of the company at all the time. 
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
  • Experience scheduling technicians in a service environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline valued.
