Role Summary:
Our Edmonton Branch is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of the Fire department.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Debrief/close fire alarm inspections.
- Scheduling of Installs, Preventative Maintenance Agreements, Deficiencies, & Service calls
- Manage scheduling within a company program.
- Schedule technicians
- Coordinate with multiple parties, such as subcontractors
- Issue purchase order numbers
- Must be able to work independently.
- Manage all in-coming service calls and emails from internal & external customers.
- Liaise with Sales personnel.
- Review fire alarm reports and ensure customer receive reports on a timely basis.
- Adhere to the policies of the company at all the time.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience scheduling technicians in a service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline valued.
