Role Summary:

Counterforce is currently recruiting a TEAM and detail-oriented Dealer Accounting Clerk to perform daily procedures that relate to financial transactions and inquiries:  


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering new dealer and customer accounts in ABM
  • Processing updates to existing accounts
  • Posting registers
  • Create KPI slides for the dealer team
  • Generate a report of outstanding invoices at end of the month and audit and approve intercompany charges
  • Balancing dealer statements and assisting dealer account representatives with data entry
  • Create and revise billing codes in the Acknow system
  • Processing dealer payments on a monthly basis
  • Responding to dealer inquiries and distribution of all mail and faxes
  • Panel Trouble Shooting
  • Service Dispatch component 


Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education in accounting or a related field required
  • Bilingual (French & English) speaking and writing required
  • Computer skills (ABM, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with accounting principles
