You'd be joining a team of smart engineers and data scientists who knows how to get things done solving challenging and interesting problems in the ad tech space using cutting-edge AI/Machine Learning tools and techniques. This position offers you to deal with real-time data and see them being analyzed and visualized for curated client needs.

Tech Stack:

  • Our back end is written in Python using Flask
  • Our front end is written with modern UI patterns and libraries like, JavaScript, React, and Angular
  • Our infrastructure is hosted with AWS
  • We have a well-defined SDLC process driven by automation

 

What will you be doing:

 

  • Lead/Manage team members and help engineers increase their technical capabilities.
  • Writing production-ready code that is easily testable, easily understood by other engineers, and accounts for edge cases and errors.
  • Provide honest, accurate feedback to others on the team to create growth opportunities.
  • Ensure a high standard of reliability, performance, motivation, and alignment with objectives.
  • Nurture an environment of continuous growth within your team by providing motivation, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the practices and processes within your team and constantly focus on their improvement.
  • Foster a culture of goal setting within your team and ensure everyone is continuously working towards their goals.

 

Who you are:

  • Exceptional communication skills and can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 6+ years of experience with RESTful API design and documentation.
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience with GraphQL implementation.
  • Experience with caching strategies using Redis or Memcached.
  • 4+ years of experience with one or more of the following technologies (Python, Flask, MySQL, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering well-designed, well-tested, and performant software solutions within an agile environment.
  • Eager and interested in building AI-powered platforms.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
