POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Choreograph is actively seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive user growth for Copilot. The ideal candidate will be a true team player and relationship builder, passionate about digital.

In this role you will drive Copilot’s communication, training, and community building for media traders, account leads, and influential stakeholders across GroupM. This is a key role in making Copilot a success as the advocate for users and the conduit between the Copilot Product team and the wider business.

 

You will be part of the Copilot Growth team – within the wider Copilot Product team – based across London and New York. The Growth team has a worldwide remit to expand the use of advanced algorithms and customized outcomes for our clients within Nexus Media Solutions and across GroupM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Build and maintain communities around different audiences with different needs, such as media traders using Copilot, and account leads selling Copilot, and solutions teams developing custom offerings with Copilot’s capabilities.

·          Ensure these communities have a full understanding of Copilot’s capabilities and best practices by organizing events and trainings, driving certification programs, scheduling regular update calls, and the like.

·          Prepare quantitative and qualitative assessments for QBRs.

·          Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop case studies and other sales enablement tools.

·          Act as and point of escalation for user issues, helping to collect feedback from stakeholders to inform the Product team and shape Copilot’s product roadmap.

·          Keep our users and clients excited to take full advantage of the Copilot platform.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy building and growing business relationships,
  • The world of artificial intelligence and machine learning excites you and you have a desire to learn and develop real world applications in the digital media,
  • You have a passion for working with technology and making it accessible to users, and a creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and collateral,
  • You are organized, have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done,
  • You are skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and are excited to work in a truly global business with colleagues from all around the world.

 The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
