Position Overview

 

Choreograph is the global technology arm of GroupM, the world’s largest media buyer. Choreograph has multiple product lines addressing all steps of the media buying lifecycle from planning to activation.

 

The Product Manager, API Services lead development and implementation of an API Services team and infrastructure in Choreograph to align how internal applications interface with external platforms and each other. You will own API Services as a product for users that are engineer of Choreograph applications to make implementation of API connectivity easier by establishing an API Gateway and supporting tools.

 

Success will mean the product teams develop features faster, more consistently, and with less duplicative effort toward ongoing API maintenance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the roadmap and backlog for API Services features and support the availability of external platform connectivity.
  • Produce requirement documents, user stories, and other artifacts to build and prioritize a backlog for engineers.
  • Define and measure metrics to measure success and impact of development efforts.
  • Coordinate with Choreograph product teams on API-related strategy, requirements, and goals to align your backlog and roadmap.
  • Make it easy for any engineer in Choreograph to connect with external platforms we partner with in the media buying domain. This includes tools, services, documentation, and training.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise product management, with a significant focus on platforms, API-first, and engineer-centric solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media buying domain, including familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and others.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies, specifically Google Cloud and API management tools such as Apigee.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, capable of managing multiple products and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Experience with Jira and Aha

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
