Schedule

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week

What You'll Do

  • Supervision: Provide direct supervision of BT’s/RBT’s including hiring, managing performance, provide oversight of training compliance and payroll.
  • Individualized Plans: Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress. Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.
  • Documentation: Maintain appropriate records, collect, review, analyze data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.
  • Training: Participate in all training that enables performance of duties effectively, efficiently, and competently (ex. staff meetings, orientation, in-services). Responsible for providing training, oversight and accountability for the direct work provided by RBTs and for participating in parent training.
  • Other responsibilities included: Direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. Working with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming per the plan.

What You'll Need

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience implementing ABA therapy.
  • Required: Possess a current RBT credential and be in good standing with the BACB. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
