Description

We are hiring an ABA Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and oversight of our growing ABA program! This role partners closely with the Clinical Director to support program consistency, supervise technicians, support client intakes, and provide parent training and staff education. The ABA Clinical Lead collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes for children with autism and related diagnoses while upholding ChildServe’s values.
 

This position is based at our new ChildServe Des Moines clinic!

What You'll Do     

  • Lead and develop ABA staff through hiring, coaching, training, and performance management to promote strong clinical outcomes and team engagement.
  • Ensure clinical excellence by overseeing assessments, treatment planning, data review, and caseload management in alignment with ABA best practices.
  • Provide clinical oversight of client services including directing technicians, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment protocols, and supporting caregiver training.
  • Drive collaboration and training by partnering with interdisciplinary teams, supporting program growth, and providing education to staff, families, and BCBA trainees.
  • Deliver compassionate, client-centered care by implementing ABA treatment plans, supporting client safety, and engaging clients across therapeutic environments.

What You'll Need   

  • Education: Master’s Degree in related field and BCBA certification and licensure required.  Successful completion of the BACB’s Supervisor Training Curriculum preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience post certification working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
