Chihuahua Brewing Company was formed in 2017 to brew quality beer in a fun, inviting and relaxed atmosphere. With over 20 years’ experience in the brewing industry, we are focused on brewing great beers, that are inspired from Mexican Style Lagers and the lifestyle that surrounds them. We are also focused on creating a high quality, fast service, always made to order menu to complement our beer. We are developing a team of inspirational, self-starting individuals who have a desire to be part of something special. The Director of Restaurant Operations role has complete responsibility for the new restaurant venture launching with this brand and will execute all actions necessary to open and run the organization’s first restaurant, and all subsequent restaurants to follow. This role reports directly to the President, and CEO of the brand, with all restaurant personnel reporting to the Director of Restaurant Operations.



  • Oversee the product development process to develop a restaurant ambiance, menu, and customer experience that embodies the brand
  • Lead the development and implementation of all operational policies, objectives, and initiatives
  • Evaluate, select, and implement all operational systems
  • Create, implement, and drive the successful execution of functional strategies that align with the brand’s vision and objectives
  • Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement process for all spend categories, including but not limited to equipment, supplies, logistics, and all food products
  • Responsible for all restaurant hiring decisions, and developing a staffing plan to ensure sales, quality, and service goals are met


  • Owner of P&L for restaurant segment of the brand
  • Develop a business plan that establishes a framework for achieving brand, operational, and financial objectives
  • Implement cost controls and required reports to monitor and achieve targeted financial results
  • Develop all cost and sales goals, and compile system reports to support financial analyses
  • Develop and manage budgets to support all operational infrastructure and deliver on profit and service goals



  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in food services/restaurant industry
  • Demonstrated history of implementing policies and procedures and internal controls
  • Experience with start-ups and brand launches highly desired
  • Ability to travel on demand
