Chief Fabrication is seeking a Machinist to join the Chief team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read set-up sheets to perform equipment set-up procedures
• Make necessary program modifications, perform tolerance adjustments, and operate one or more horizontal or vertical machining centers
• Operate drilling and milling machines
• Use tooling list to select tooling, install, and adjust carbide or high-speed steel tooling for required operation

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Requires knowledge in the operations and set-up of manual and complex CNC equipment and associated tooling and fabrication processes generally gained in technical training and/or 1-3 years' related experience
• Must interpret shop prints and use precision measuring tools

Shift:

• 2nd Shift – 3:30 P.M. – 12:00 A.M.
