Chief Buildings is currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Chief team for the Summer of 2024. The Marketing Intern will provide administrative support to the Marketing Coordinator, General Sales Manager, and District Managers. They will professionally represent Chief to both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfill requests for printed literature, promotional items, and product samples for our Sales team, Builders, and the general public.
• Assemble information packets and manage inventory levels of brochures and sample materials including color rings.
• Organize stock room and maintain inventory levels of shipping materials.
• Edit and load photos and job-specific information to Company’s website portfolio. Identify building features and components in photos within our existing photo library so that images may be used in an online portfolio that demonstrates Chief’s capabilities and the options available to our customers.
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator with mass mailings.
• Field incoming phone calls when necessary.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator with case studies and other sales aids.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator with social media site postings and campaigns.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in Business & Marketing preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Hubspot and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Primier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred
