Heartland Electric is seeking a Purchasing/Safety Coordinator to join the Chief team. This position performs a wide variety of duties to supply and coordinate Heartland Electric field operations and maintain an effective safety program. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Submit shop drawings for approval on projects
  • Purchase and organize materials in shop and warehouse
  • Track all company tools, equipment and vehicles.
  • Order, pick up and deliver materials as needed
  • Oversee safety compliance

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • Electrical knowledge required
  • Safety training a plus
  • Purchasing experience preferred
