Role Overview

Chartis Consultants are integral members of our consulting teams, generally working on a single engagement to meet client needs while under the direction of and collaborating closely with other colleagues. Consultants own work streams while helping to influence overall project plans and direction in a meaningful way. Our project teams usually consist of 3-4 members and client engagements often span 3-6 months in duration. 

Responsibilities

  l           Define analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action 

l          Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses 

l          Provide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions 

l          Create multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support 

l          Draw upon healthcare knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant implications for clients 

l          Effectively engage with clients, including senior client administrators and physician leads, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationships 

l          Proactively work to create an energizing team environment 

l          Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development

Qualifications and Desired Skills

l          3+ years of consulting experience and genuine passion for and commitment to the transformation of healthcare delivery 

l         Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred

l          Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams

l          Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

l          Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needs 

l          Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise our clients professionally and positively

l          Proficient in Microsoft office; experience with Tableau is a plus 

l          Ability to travel weekly as needed

 

Salary range: $125,000-$200,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
