Role Overview    

Greeley is looking for an experienced Anesthesia Medical Line Director for one of our clients in the southern United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess structure, stafing, culture and educate the current team on best practices.
• Understand engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement.
• Establish and manage expectations of service delivery.
• Stay abreast of/communicate business/economic issues affecting the client.
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and job skills. Quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Keep current with industry trends and Greeley capabilities.
• Deliver quality services. Deliver excellent client service by  achieving high-quality outcomes within contracted timelines and engagement budgets.
• Develop relationships with team members to serve client needs.
• Train and mentor future leaders he team.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment-knowing when to lead and when to follow.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude.
• Creativity and ability to maintain productivity in sub-optimal environments.
• MD/DO with either ANE Background or Surgery is preferred.
• Strong Leadership experience.

Salary range: $1500-2000/day. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. Expenses would also be reimbursed.
