Role Overview
The Chartis Group seeks to hire a Creative Services Associate to join our Creative Services Team. This team is critical to our success in the market and helps to support sales, marketing, and business development efforts including branding and design of all firm templates and materials. The team also supports the internal and external presentation of industry-leading thought leadership through the development of custom graphics and frameworks to support our key themes and messages. In addition, the team supports document creation and production for client deliverables.
The Creative Services Associate will report to the Creative Design Manager/Lead Designer and will have the responsibility to support all of the activities outlined above. This individual will also have direct relationships with Marketing, Business Development, Practice leadership, and Consulting teams. The role will be part of a team that collectively supports the overall firm as well as two key divisions: Chartis Consulting and The Greeley Company.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce key deliverables in alignment with the Chartis and Greeley brands, including, but not limited to infographics, thought leadership, presentations, proposals, client documents, educational content, bios and resumes, sales and marketing collateral, videos, and social media.
- Play a key role in rebranding efforts, implementing updated visual identity across templates, and existing content and graphics.
- Consult with stakeholders about creative design solutions that could strengthen strategic messages.
- Embrace versatility, going beyond the obvious and contributing unique solutions for each assignment.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant design experience
- Skilled across multiple mediums, from print to digital (includes social, static, and animated banner ads) and familiar with motion design and video
- Advanced capabilities in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Previous experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Chartis is a PC-oriented firm, proficiency on a PC is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management, time management, and attention to detail
The role offers a salary plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
