Role Overview

We are actively seeking an Interim Credentialing specialist who is a CredentialStream Superuser. We are looking for someone highly skilled with CrendtialStream software who can run reports. This role has the potential for remote and would use your equipment. 

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative and technical duties to support initial appointment and reappointment.
  • 90% of the role will be Superuser/backend knowledge of the software.
  • Application setup, workflow setup, bolt report writing for letters and forms.
  • BOLT reporting writing.
  • Creating workflows.
  • Setting up the provider HUB.
  • Setting up the appoint module.
  • Expertise specifically with the privilege model within CredentialStream.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of credentialing experience
  • Ability to work onsite
  • CredentialStream experience required
  • Understanding of enrollment
  • Expertise in Medical Staff Bylaws
  • Expert knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS Standards; helpful if familiar with State Regulations
  • Experience in Policy development as it pertains to Medical Staff Services Department, Hospital/Healthcare System Policies related to Medical Staff
  • Experience in creating privileges that reflect the practice of the system in collaboration with clinical chairs of departments.
  • CPMSM and CPCS preferred. 

Salary range: $35-45/hr. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. Expenses would also be reimbursed.
